  Update: the response below is full of false information and at no point was I contacted by anyone from this company or told about a back order. The fridge was also not diagnosed and the tech was going to replace the wrong part. I contacted the Repair Shack on Monday and by Friday the same week they diagnosed and replaced the correct part. If you need you appliance fixed contact the Repair Shack. This company just blames the customer if you leave a bad review and have no idea what is going on in their business. I would love my service call money back but seeing the response that won’t happen. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want poor or no communication go with this company. Our freezer has been broke for 6 weeks and the lack of response from them is astounding. They have the technicians manage the customer communication, in my experience technicians are great at fixing things not managing a business. We have called the technician and office multiple times and we get no response every time. From talking to the office lady she seems frustrated and it sounds like this is a common occurrence. She told me she was going to contact the owner and I was not surprised when I received no call from anybody and ultimately had to call them back three days later. At this point I just want my money back for the service call but I’m guessing they won’t answer the phone. I am sorry to anyone that decided to do business with these people.

  Jeremy, I’m so sorry to hear this! This is not how we normally operate! I am going to look Into this and see what is going on for you UPDATE: After looking into the issue, I see that your part is a factory backorder which means the technician let you know that we have no idea when the part would be in but as soon as the factory shipped the part and we received it, we would call you immediately. You you continued to call and call the office for an update and were upset when being told that it was a back order and we had no update. The owner called you on the third to remind you that we have zero control over when the part arrives but you would be called when it was in. A technician is not going to call you daily to tell you we still do not have the part. But we did let you know you would be first to know when we got it.

  Our Kitchenaid refrigerator and freezer quit working. We called Appliance 911 and Billy arrived the next morning and very quickly determined what the problem was and gave us two options for service, the surest and most long lasting repair being a new compressor. We agreed to his quote and the repair to be made. He said if he could work it into his schedule he might be able to return that afternoon or certainly the next morning. He did just that, returning the next morning with the new compressor and had it installed and running in about an hour. Billy was great and I will not hesitate to recommend Appliance 911 to anyone needing appliance repairs.

  Appliance 911 was very friendly when I called in to schedule service and they were able to schedule an appointment the following day. Nathan was very confident and direct to the point on the issue my dishwasher was having. He had the part on the truck and was able to repair immediately and did a great job!! I would highly recommend Appliance 911.
