  I came across EMS Heating & Air Conditioning, INc. as a result of researching a company by similar name EMS Home Services which was provided to me by my home warranty company. And I am so glad I did! EMS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, INC. is the best. I needed my HVAC serviced and the home warranty company could not get the job done. I spoke to Katie and she was professional and helpful and was able to send someone out the next morning. Horacio, the tech, was also very professional, polite and knowledgeable and did an excellent job of repairing the work and explaining to me what he was doing and why! I ended up getting an annual contract to service the unit and could not be happier.I would highly recommend EMS Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

  If I could give them zero stars, I would. They came out to repair my outside fan motor that stopped running on my unit. They replaced it, and replaced my freon with a DIFFERENT freon than what my unit takes. The technician assured me that it was the compatible freon. Well, within 24 hours, my system became contaminated. Another technician came out to service my system and verified this, but NEITHER technician gave me ANY documentation, nor did they turn in the required documentation to my home warranty company to get it fixed. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I am disgusted with their service. Luckily, I have recorded all their phone calls and videoed what their technicians did to my unit, for legal documentation purposes. DO NOT do business with these people!

  Good Evening Tannya, I am extremely sorry for your experience. Unfortunately this was not with our company. We do not work with home warranty companies. There is a company with a similar name as ours. EMS Home Services out of Austin, Texas. They subcontract work in the DFW area. We are in no way affiliated with this company. As a company customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority.

  The response I received from EMS to my initial call was very quick. They were able to squeeze us in. Horace was friendly & knowledgeable. I will be using EMS for all my future HVAC needs for sure!
