  Hugo and his team were very accommodating when it came to the install of our new unit. I live in AZ and Hugo was able to work with my schedule and have his team come out while i was visiting my mom. His team was great very professional and there to answer all our questions. It took about 4 hours from start to finish and the efficiency and timely manner his team works at is extremely impressive. They left no mess and showed my mom how to use her new system and thermostat. No surprise charges and not pressuring. Hugo and his team were pretty awesome. id highly recommend them. Great Job Empire and Hugo.

  Edwin was the sales man that came and gave us our quote last summer. He explained to us exactly what we needed and told us our financing options. We weren’t ready to proceed at the time but knew from his knowledge and professional that when we did proceed we would call him. Fast forward to last week my husband and I decided it was time to get our new AC system so we called Edwin and told him we were ready. He came right out and set up the financing once we got approved gave us the options for install dates. Yesterday they sent a team in and finished everything very quickly and effectively. Adam was the lead technician at installation. He was very professional explained exactly what they were doing. They had to make an attic opening in my garage to finish install which I was made aware of before the hole was made. Overall the service was excellent! The warranties that are included with our new system are also really great! I would definitely recommended empire refrigeration to anyone who may need their services. They definitely have loyal customers with us now. Thank you Edwin and Adam and the whole install crew! The Navarro family loves our new HVAC system🙏🏼

  After months of research, estimates and quotes from many other installers, I decided to try Empire and Hugo came over to our house and asked me what we were looking for in a new refrigerated air system; I said we needed something reliable, economical and with parts that are locally available in case repairs are needed. The Lennox unit that ultimately was installed in our house met these criteria and he gave me his own personal experience with this brand, which I didn't even know that they have been making AC units since the 1880's. It was a quick process, he checked if we qualified for financing and after a few minutes, I was signing and making an appointment for installation. It is a big purchase for us, so that's why it took us so long to finally end up going with Empire, but it felt 'right' and had zero second doubts of our choice. It's only been two months since we've had it going, but it's running solid with zero issues and time will tell how it performs in the long run but for now we're happy with what was sold to us. Not only that, but we were ultimately quoted a much lower price than the rest and the install included lots of extras even with the lower quote: wi-fi thermostat, new vent grilles, a box of filters good for a year and they even added another return air opening/grille to help with the AC's performance. Installers came in about an hour earlier and they did such an impressive, clean and fast install, that I was surprised at the amount of quality work they did in a short amount of time (about 5-6 hours) and they didn't leave until I was satisfied with the end result. We had a million questions and Hugo and the installers answered and helped with each one; they even patched up the hole left by our old swamp cooler. One of the panels on the outdoor unit was damaged (bent) at some point during or before install and Hugo went above and beyond to get it replaced. The company that makes them kept sending the wrong size, or they got damaged during shipping; but even through all of those issues, Empire got them replaced with brand new ones. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasing experience and a great end result of what had been a stressful search for the perfect refrigeration conversion install.
