  First, the serviceman was very nice and helpful. He went over the options available and informed me of the service required. Then, he went over the options thoroughly and installed a new furnace without issues. He gave me a great discounted price. The unit is working great.   The technician was prompt and friendly when he arrived. He was courteous and brief in regards to getting information about our system. While he addressed his task he was unobtrusive. When he finished he walked me through the status of my system and talked about the work completed in plain, easily understood language. I would refer him and his business and would call them again whenever the need arose.

  When our HVAC died, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was able to come out within a few hours to see our current set-up. They provided our options and costs shortly thereafter. The entire staff from sales, service, and office staff were great to work with. They installed our new system within a few days and we are very pleased with it. They were quick, affordable and definitely efficient.
