  Do NOT bring COMMERCIAL vehicles here!! They do not respect these trucks and trailers make money by the day. They will hold your equipment for a day and sometimes even longer even to patch a nail hole. They do not care to ensure tires and wheels are installed correctly. I purchased 8 new tires for my trailer. 2 of my tires flew off shortly thereafter. They do not ensure tires are inflated to the right PSI levels per tire. And do not ensure that the lug nuts are torque properly. Lastly, they don’t know how to work with dually tires. They will leave the value stems, misaligned to where you can’t check the tire pressure for the inner tires. I’m done using DOBBS. Quality control is horrible. Someone will get hurt or killed on the road as a result. Will be taking my truck and and trailer fleet elsewhere.

  I’ve only just recently started coming to Dobbs. It’s a shame because they are awesome! So friendly, accommodating and explain everything that they did or will do! Just came from an oil change and I was there for 35 minutes!!! I’ve been waiting 2+ hours at the dealer or other places only to have to go back in and ask them to put air in tires or to reset my driver information center. Mike at the front desk was so helpful too!!! I will be taking ALL my business there! Thanks, Dobbs!

  Paul, at the Country Club Plaza, was soooo extremely helpful! I had gotten quotes from 2 other shops already for new tires. When I spoke with Paul, he let me know what my options were with tires - something the other shops did not do. He was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone and look forward to being a return customer!
