  Your guys (Paul and DJ) just finished installing a new 4 ton Carrier heat pump (in and out). Wendell was also here at the start. Close on 100 years of experience between the three of them so I am betting I got the best start for my new units. They were very professional and efficient. Nice installation. Thank you and thanks to the entire Elite team.

  I was very pleased with the service Mel and Erwin provided today. They are professional and did a great job cleaning the AC unit and the ducts and vents in my home. Mel explained everything the team did, even taking pictures of the inside of the unit so that I could get a good look. Obviously, it had not been well cleaned in many years! Mel suggested cleaning the AC unit before the ducts, so I had both cleaned today. This was the answer to the terrible air quality in the house and my constant congestion. Already, this afternoon, the house smells fresher. Mel gave a thorough explanation of every step. It was a real education, and I will now be able to keep the AC in good condition. I will definitely be calling on your company from now on. Thank you to Mel and Erwin!

  Where do I Start??? The whole experience from start to finish was painless and smooth. The techs Tom and Randy are the best I seen. I couldn’t ask for a better install. They were clean, professional and efficient. Diana was also very helpful and great to talk to. Elite AC is the way to go!!!
