  This fan TD-100 worked fine for two and a half years. After two and a half years, it started squeaking and finally stopped working! When I turned to the company for refund/exchange, Tressey Lamb, Sales Support Specialist wrote me that 5 years warranty they have for products which were bought directly from Soler & Palau Ltd. but not from a third party seller! This American & Canadian Company even doesn't stay behind their products. Their products quite expensive but quality is bad! Do not make my mistake! Do not buy their products!

Our products are distributed through various wholesalers, retailers, and third-party businesses. In turn, the wholesalers/retailers sell them to direct consumers like yourself. When a direct consumer purchases from a store or retailer and wants a refund, the consumer should go to the store or retailer the product was purchased from. Each store or retailer has its own refund policy entirely independent of any manufacturer. S&P USA does not control the business practices of any wholesaler. S&P USA stands by each product warranty. If any of our wholesalers want to file a warranty claim, the wholesaler will need to follow the proper procedure on our website. When a claim has been approved, a replacement or repair is normally offered.
