  Updated: Elijah Air rescheduled me the next day. I was taken care of by Juan their technician. He came, diagnosed the problem and went to get the parts to fix it. I am happy to say my house is cooling and in a better condition. Elijah Air made up for the mistake and I appreciate their promptness and tenacity. I look forward to working with them if any other problem arises. Original post: I scheduled through my Home Warranty company and they sent me to Elijah air on Wednesday. Thursday morning I get a call from Elijah air to schedule a time. I told them I work 9-5 and I had family coming in Friday Night. They said that 7-11 was available. I asked essentially if I would be first and it was pretty clear I was. Friday Morning I wake up at 5 to get my house cleaned for my family and my dog kennel cleaned out to put my dog in there during the service call. 7 AM rolls around and no response. People can be a few minutes late I suppose. 7:30 I get concerned and call Elijah, I was told they had a staff meeting they didn't anticipate. I reminded the representative that I had to work at 9 and she said she remembered and put me on hold to see how long till I could get service. The response was an excuse: "Even if we get there by 8 our tech will not have enough time to review your AC unit. Call your home warranty and see about another vendor." Had they told me that on Thursday when we scheduled this I would have found another vendor, they have no respect for peoples time. If they could not schedule me appropriately I would have sought out another company. This is blatant disrespect. I understand we all have jobs and we all have things come up. But do not schedule customers if you plan on having a staff meeting. Schedule a staff meeting instead. I can only imagine how many other customers had to wait or are being delayed by their inefficiency. I hope people read this review and can see that when dealing with Elijah Air they need to get it in writing that they will show up as promised and not waste anyone's time. In the meanwhile I have company coming over and a hot house. Thanks Elijah Air!

  Elijah Air came out to my condo and fixed our unit that had been broken for a long time! They were on time and were very professional. Jesus was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of service on their a/c!

  This is by far the worst a/c company. From there tech to there supervisor. Please avoid this place if you can. Tech came out to check my ac and didn’t even know what he was doing. Started to charge me with some random stuff then told me he could not fix my ac until the following week. Really in the Arizona summer heat. Thanks to Parker and sons they came out the same day and fixed my ac no questions asked. On top of all that I saved 1000 dollar!!!! Once again thank you Parker and sons!!!
