  The good reviews triggered me to use Elgin Sheet Metal for furnace and AC replacement. Started very friendly with the owner, but the technician did a very unprofessional and sloppy job. The outside unit (AC) was not even grounded. Will not contract with them again.

  We needed to replace our furnace and AC unit. We looked at four different companies and I was impressed with each one. But Elgin Sheet Metal and Pat stood out to me. I think it was his matter-of-fact, friendly nature and the reasonable price that won me over. They weren't the cheapest but were way less than the most expensive. They installed the new units quickly and seamlessly. Their service was outstanding and in fact, I referring them to my son-in-law and he had them install a new furnace as well. You can't go wrong with these guys. Professional, reasonably priced, friendly and honest.

  Pat was on time and explained our options during the estimate. The installer was on time, professional, and completed the furnace replacement in one day and wrapped up the a/c install the following morning. The cleanup process was like no one had ever been here. Great work...Highly recommend Elgin Sheet Metal! Oh, yes the price was right also!!
