  Elam always comes when I need them. I just say whether it's immediate need or no hurry. They are great, and do their best to give you quick service. I especially like my spring and winter checks of air and heat!

  Update Don't bother calling if you have an older system. Tech came out and looked at my lennox and scratched his head. Said he would look on line for automatic pilot switch. Calls me up and says discontinued. I found one on line within min. He suggested replace unit. Yea right dead of winter 5° I'm going to buy the $200 part. Tech couldn't even figure out how he took my filters out. I ended up putting them in myself. $128.50 charge for their Tech doing absolutely nothing. Update After writing a letter to the company about my experience with them, Nick the owner called me personally on the phone. We spoke about what happened. He decided to reimburse me $112.50 for labor. After speaking with him I feel he is a stand up stand out person and business owner. Not too many business owners like him. Thank you Nick!

  They came and put freon that isnt technically safe or legal to use anymore in my ex girlfriend's a/c unit. She called them up initially and I had to sign the paper for her since she was in the shower getting ready for work and the tradesman was trying to leave. Instead of going to her (and she is the homeowner as well as the person who called them) they came after me for it despite the fact that my name wasn't on the house, or any bill etc. Since I had just moved there at the time and was between jobs. Threatened to mess my credit up in a letter simply because I signed For Her while she was in the shower and I guess she stiffed them after the fact. So now I'm out nearly 300 dollars because they don't have the common sense to go for the homeowner and person who called them initially. Very uncool and very sheisty business practice. Hesitate when you call these people, because they will try to screw you.
