Excellent personal service by very polite employees: Kelly, Brittany, & Brett @Bruening Heating & A/C! Older furnace had quit, but Brett got it working again within an hour or so of arriving within about a half-hour of when I had called the office the same day! Appreciated the estimate as he was working on furnace, plus final bill before Brett had even left the house after the repair was completed. In the past few years when I have called them withe the need for their services on both furnace & a/c units, the office gals & techs have provided excellent service, especially keeping me informed about arrival times & what is going on with the repairs. They are the BEST, & I would recommend them to everyone in the area!

Bruening has serviced our air conditioner and furnace on two separate occasions and both techs were great. Chad came out to do an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner and was very helpful and informative. Bruening is a great company to work with for heating and cooling needs.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I just moved into my house and the furnace stated acting up. My technician was more than happy to walk me through what he did and why my furnace was not working. I will be signing up for their service plan.
