  After sitting here all day the first guy never showed up. The second day the tech was here on time, walked in and looked at the heater. He took a picture and I kid you not was here no more than 5 minutes. I already knew what I needed for the repairs and the main one was my blower will not kick on unless I spin it by hand. He said he has to check on parts and he left. Remember this is after a 5 minute inspection. To this day I still have not heard back from them and it’s been over 2 WEEKS. My blower now runs 24 hours a day because if it goes off I have no heat. Thanks Edwards for your prompt service.

  We are very sorry for your frustration. We have a number you can call 24hrs a day 7 days a week and a system where you can communicate with you Technican or the Manger 24 7 also. Parts are slow moving at this point and we have no control over that issue. We are short handed with only 2 techs running a heavy work load daily. It does become difficult to keep reminders to keep everyone updated. We try our hardest with our staffing issues. As you can see if you reach out to us we will gladly help you.   Pros: able to get scheduled the same week I called. Timely arrival. David and Ethan were friendly and respectful. Heater was fixed in a matter of minutes as they had the part on the truck, and the total cost including service call was $130, compared to the estimate of another company of $600+. I emailed them once and got a same day response on a weekend, which I didn’t expect. Cons: called 1 day, gave info and was told the person who does the scheduling would call me back.....that didn’t happen, I had to call again......no big deal as they came out the next day. I guess I mention this as maybe multiple people could be cross trained to schedule appointments.

  We now have a new digital scheduling system just launched this week. You will now receive confirmation and reminders of your appointments. The day of your appointment you will get a text message when the tech is enroute to your location the start of the job and finish. You will now have a full customer profile where you can see notes from the technician about your job and able to text and call the tech directly. We also now have digital invoices and able to take electronic payments in the field. Our goal is to keep coming up with better ways to make our customers experience easy and enjoyable.   Called them to do a checkup on tue furnace before we start using it everyday. They are always professional and respectful. I would use a smaller local company over the big names. They appreciate the business and do better work.
