  Absolutely the worst experience ever. Bailey's installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner after our house was destroyed by a tornado. They failed to run vents into two of the rooms in our house and had to come back and try to fix add them, it didn't work and the bathroom is freezing in the winter and hot now in the summer. Last week air conditioner stopped working and they told us they would not do the warranty work. They were too busy and we should call another HVAC business. Zero stars from us if we could.

  I would give these people zero stars if I could. I called because their ad in my phone book said "Free Estimates" which I foolishly took to mean that they'd give me a free estimate on what repairing my AC would cost. Two men came out looked at the unit for awhile using a scrub brush on something, then they told me that I owed $117.50 for the service call and the part that they had changed. They claimed that the reason my AC wasn't working was that there was a hole in my duct work under the house, and that they couldn't get to it because there was too much water under there that they said was due to a sewer leak. I went ahead and paid part of the bill, on the theory that the part they had changed would stop the AC from over heating like it had been, and when my husband had the time to get under the house he could patch the holes in the duct work and sewer line. We notice immediately that the AC was still over heating. and later that week when my husband went under the house to fix the problem he found no leaks in any of the duct work or the sewer line. When I called to complain that we had been charged over $100. for what I had thought was a "free estimate" and our AC was still over heating and not giving us cool air, the receptionist said that the "free estimate was only if you're replacing the unit, something that is not stated anywhere in their ad and that no one had said before they started work that they knew they were going to charge at least $75 for the service call. I've been trying to get some resolution to this problem, wanting them to either refund the money I already gave them or at the very least come back out and actually do something worth the money I paid.

  These guys are quick to help with any heating or cooling repairs! The whole staff was friendly & easy to deal with.
