I had used Edwards in the past when my AC unit went out and it was unbearable in our home. They responded quickly and affordably to repair the air conditioning unit so life wasn't miserable at home .When it finally became time to replace our home unit they provided a fair estimate quickly and once approved ordered the parts and then quickly scheduled the installation . They also ordered the necessary parts to fix our previous unit and install it at our rental. RICKY, Ben, and Alex were all a pleasure to deal with and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and can’t say enough good things, if I could give them more than five stars I certainly would. Thank you RICKY and the entire team at Edwards Heating & Air for the excellent service and professional craftsmanship they provided.

I purchased a heat pump from Edwards in January 2020. I delayed writing this review until I had a chance to use the the unit through the coldest winter months, January through March, and then the summer. The new heat pump replaced one that was 22 years old and was costing more and more each year for service calls and replacements parts. My electric bill was around $160 to $200 during the coldest and hotest months. I was fed up and felt as though I should just stand in front of the old unit and throw money at it! Now, the electric bill is about $130 in those same months.I am so pleased! FYI: My house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is about 1,364 sq ft. I am retired and stay at home most of the time, especially during Covid-19. I received two other quotes and Edwards was the lowest by at least $600. Saving money is important but so is service. One of my concerns was the availability of parts, if any are needed, as the unit ages. The owner of the company as well as one of the employees said that they have a warehouse with replacement parts. This was reassuring, because I had read online reviews of other companies with customers complaining about having to wait several days or longer for parts to be shipped in. Regarding installation, it took about five hours to install. The workers were knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. My advice to anyone getting a heat pump is to do online research about heat pumps and have a list of your questions before a company comes out to give an estimate on what is needed and the cost. (I had a clip board holding my questions with space to write the answers.) It's important to get a full written description of exactly what brand of heat pump as well as the other items that comes with it and info about warranties. Oh, speaking of warranties, the manufacturer of the unit must be contacted to register the unit to you and your property. Edwards' admin staff takes care of this for you and when the warranty is received from the company, the staff email it to you. (Make sure you keep the warranty with your other important papers.) I attached a picture of my heat pump. Every month when I get the lower electric bill, I feel as though I should go out and hug the unit. LOL! Last, I want to thank Ricky Edwards and his entire staff in making the house much more comfortable and for the reduced electric bill.
