  Good work. Only one small issue with a guy just walking into the house without knocking, but was told by the office that was not typical behavior. The price was hefty, but that is typical of this type of work. Overall satisfied with service.

  I have had the semi-annual maintenance contract with Humphrey Heating and AC for my HVAC units for over 20 years. I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I strongly feel this has contributed to the length of time I have had both units functioning . Fortunately, when I have had an issue, it has been minor and because I have the maintenance contract, if necessary I am able to call after hours and on weekends for assistance. They are generally, depending on the issue, able to get me back in service promptly, or by the next business day. The employees are always professional and respectful. I highly recommend.

  Humphrey’s Heating & Air recently installed a new Amana package unit and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The sales representative was very informative and helped make the selection & buying process a breeze. The installation team showed up on time & prepared for the job. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. The job site at my home was left neat and tidy both inside & outside, which was definitely appreciated. We are so pleased we went with Humphrey’s.
