  Alexis was prompt and pleasant. She reprogrammed my thermostat efficiently. She was very knowledgeable. When she left, she told me to call later that day if my thermostat was still not working correctly.

  Edgerton is definitely one of (if not the the) best HVAC repair and maintenance companies in all of Fairfield county. Their techs are honest and very knowledgeable - both of which are paramount to most people. Unfortunately, they are also the most expensive…by far. In fairness, we don’t have a maintenance contract (solely due to the cost and that we have three furnaces). However, as a repeat customer of almost ten years, we were recently disappointed by having to pay $400 to replace a $10 part that we got ourselves, This is because they have 1hr minimums (even if 2 visits are done same day for a total of 1 hr) on top of a single trip charge. Regardless, we’ll continue to use them unless / until we can find someone more reasonable that we can trust as much.

  Anel was great! I had a warranty claim on a Navien unit. The company who installed the unit wouldn't even take the time to work with Navien, and quoted me a cost to repair greater than the cost of a whole new tankless install. Luckily I found Edgerton who quickly got the job done for a part that was under warranty. I'll be using Edgerton for all my future HVAC/plumbing needs!
