  I was high priority when I was ready to purchase a new unit. I bought a Rheem 5 ton heat pump. I have had a few warranty issues since and I have to wait. My heat has been out for 2 weeks now and still waiting. One excuse after another.

  Can't get ahold of anyone after had to have another company come out fix there problem when I have 10 year warranty with them.they just said it be a few weeks.recently came out replaced defrost board and sensors and told us run emergency heat when that ran light bill to almost 400$ until they got parts in now doing same and can't get ahold of them I wish I could get another company buy out my warranty to get better service when I have kids under 7 yes old and it 20 degrees outside with no heat
