  UPDATE: They eventually reached out to me, 6 days later, and stated that they had phone issues and were checking to see if I still needed service. Josh left me a VM and was very nice and wanted to make everything right, which I appreciate the effort. I updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars to reflect that. I went with a different company (because it was over a week and my family needed air), so I cannot speak on their work, only my initial conversations with them. I called this company after receiving a recommendation. I needed to replace my unit(not just some cheap service call-we would have been paying cash). He asked me to send him a picture of my unit and he would call me “right” back with a quote. He NEVER called back, even after I checked back in and voiced that it was very hot in my house and rising and that I had children. I’m sorry, but you just don’t do business like that, especially to people who have children and it’s the middle of summer. If you didn’t want my business, just say that instead of flaking and leaving me hanging.

  Called Adam late one afternoon cause my air wasn’t working and without hesitation he came right out and fixed my problem! Didn’t have to wait long at all and he had it up and running! DEFINITELY recommend gables heating&air to anyone that needs something done
