We had a small fire at our house about fewmonths ago. I contacted Eastland electric to come look at the job. They came out and did the rewiring and replaced the heating unit right away. They even came out with a separate crew and rehung the sheet rock and made our home livable again. The best part was that we did not have the money to pay out-of-pocket so they agreed to wait to get paid till I got the insurance money.I could not get any other contractor in the area to do this. When I finally got my insurance money and I sent him a check and he sent it back to me and told me it’s on the house. This company really went out of their way to take care of us!

Jeremy, was recommended to me as a reasonably priced dependable licensed HVAC contractor, by the contractor that remodeled my home, to install a separate HVAC system for the upstairs of my home. During this process he was on time and worked well with the other tradesmen to schedule his work around their activities. But as soon as I paid him for the job he changed to an unresponsive incredibly unprofessional ghost The first day we needed to use the system we discovered that the only part of the entire system that worked was the blower fan - no heat (it was mid January) and no AC From that point Jeremy would not answer his phone when I would call He would not respond to the voice mail messages I would leave nor would he respond to my texts that described in detail the issues that we were having. After weeks of phone tag (me tagging him) he finally sent someone out to fix everything. Here we are now 18 months later with a burned out compressor and unprofessional Jeremy, knowing that my family is suffering through high heat and humidity, doesn't have the decency to answer my calls to walk me through the process of getting the warrantied compressor replaced and whether or not I am going to have to pay him for the labor to replace it I've given up on Eastland Electric Service and have hired the guy that I should have hired in the first place to fix the problem I suggest the if you are looking for an electrician or a licensed HVAC contractor that you look elsewhere and save yourself some frustration and aggravation
