  This is the 2nd time we have used this company. They were a different name then, but the service was stellar both times. Our tech Josh is very responsive and seem to care about the work like it was his own house. He took the time to explain what was needed and did not push unnecessary work or a product on us. Starting with the initial call for service until the job was complete. Eastern Mechanical Group made each experience stress free and painless.

  From day one I was extremely satisfied. From going over the detailed quotes and them explaining what the best options for my new home was I couldn’t have been more pleased. Have recently recommended many others to this same business for their maintenance and newly installed HVAC units as well…and all were pleased! Don’t second guess this great value, great service and great products they provide!

  Josh came back as he said he would. He had all the parts that was needed and made sure everything was connected correctly. Advised me about other problems that he noticed that needed to be taken care of. Very friendly,talkative and respectful. It was a joy to have him in our home. Thanks josh and keep up the good work.
