  Excellent service! Jake repaired my heat pump which was still under warranty. Two other companies could not and just took my money. East Tennessee HVAC Comfort Solutions are knowledgeable, honest, dependable and truly nice people.

  My unit was not working efficiently and Jake gave me an estimate as to what it would cost to replace it. I was not ready to spend the money on a brand new unit when I am only remodeling my house to resale. He found a used unit that works perfectly and replaced my old one. The unit works as good as a new one and he was able to save me a ton of money. Jake and Brittany are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service! Thank you!

  Jake and his company are AWESOME. They installed a new heat pump today. He even called tonight to make sure it was doing good. Jake is fair, honest and a good Christian guy. Call them for all your HVAC needs.
