  I've been a customer for over 15 maybe 20 years. This time they ignored me. At the end of last winter my oil heater was acting up. I called and asked them to come out and look at it. They never did. This fall I called again. Actually called 4 times. The last time I said "Hey, if you can't do it just let me know and I'll call someone else. They never called again after promising 4 times. I'm a business owner in the area for over 25 years. Don't know how you stay in business but I guess it works for them. I've moved on with another HVAC company who came out in a day and a half.

  Kevin Pierce, owner of Watauga Heating and Cooling installed our whole house heating and cooling system include under floor radiant heating nearly twenty years ago and has maintained it every year. Excellent, dependable company to dream with.
