My heating and air system needed replaced. The sales representatives, Nick Levy and the Project Manager, Josh were very professional and definitely presented various options of replacement heating and air units to match both the quality and price points that matched my needs. Nick followed through during the installation of the units on site to make sure that everything went smoothly. The technician's , Dave and Janson were very polite, proficient, and professional in installing the units. They arrived on time and kept the work areas clean throughout their work time. I was very impressed with Josh Roper and the installation team. Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and I appreciated his response time, both in scheduling and in answering subsequent questions. The techs on the installation team were courteous and professional and provided excellent customer service. We are confident in the quality of our new mini split system and are so happy to have comfortable temps in our bedroom and sunroom!

I would give this company zero stars if I had the opportunity. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 12/3/21. They were a no show. Called today, Saturday 12/4/21 and could only get through to a receptionist. They said they would pass on a message to a manager. Two hours later, still no call back. Called again, all they could do is pass on another message. If I can get them here today, I will have to see if they are going to try and charge me the after hours/emergency rate instead of their regular rate. Totally not professional and inexcusable. Just an example of how poor the service industry is around here, and another reason for leaving this state.
