DMS has been taking quality care of my heat pump since they installed it 8 years ago. I've had the same service tech for every call. He's pleasant, efficient and honest. Can't recommend DMS highly enough.

Amazing! Honest, reliable, affordable ... finally a vendor who actually fixed our AC problem. Customer service is exceptional, from my initial phone call through the face-to-face contact with the technician. I wish I would've found these guys years ago!!

Technician was very polite and amicable. The service was a bit expensive and questionable. $70 for the service call which included checking the system (to be expected). $77 to replace a part in the A/C unit. This seemed almost fair for parts and labor, but it only took him about 30min to do. *** $33 to install a 2'' jumper wire in my thermostat. This seemed a bit much. It took him all of 5-10min to install it including checking the thermostat. He then told me that my moodel thermostat (bought new this winter) has been known to call both heat and cooling and the same time. This seemed suspect. The jumper wire he installed was connecting the RC and RH terminals. I re-checked the manual and confirmed that I had installed it correctly (just the RH terminal, no RC) so I pulled his jumper wire and the system continued to operate correctly without the jumper wire (i.e. the way the manual said to have the wires installed). It seems the problem was the $77 part he replaced on the A/C unit, not the thermostat. (The thermostat had been calling the heat and blower just fine all winter.) So, this jumper wire bit might have been an honest error. But $33 was excessive and, I don't know much about HVAC, but it seems if you wanted to trick the thermostat into calling heat and cool at the same time you might connect the RH and RC terminals even tho the manual says not to. I called back and they agreed to remove the $33 charge but never did.
