  Nick and his crew were fast and efficient. We called them on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and by Friday at noon we had a whole new system. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and gave us options of repair or replace. We decided to replace our 20 year old unit. We're very happy with our new unit. I can't say enough good things about Dunes Heating and Air.

  Great experience with Dunes! Damian is extremely professional, capable, and an excellent communicator. He took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my system and what he did to get it back into shape. Highly recommend!

  Nick was great to work with and very professional, courteous, and punctual. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to point out unnecessary equipment/services. I received quotes from other local HVAC companies in the area and Dunes was comparable in price, but far superior in quality of product and service. Nick never tried to "upsale" me and actually recommended a lower priced system for my needs, rather than the more expensive system. He took the time to explain the difference in systems and why I would need one more than the other. His crew, Alex and Mike, were very professional and were on time and in and out with all work complete, every single bit of work cleaned up, in 6 hours for a whole home system. I highly recommend Dunes for your HVAC needs.
