Ductz was recommended by my HVAC company. I thought the price was high but went for it. I can only assume the vents are clean because of the dust and dirt they left behind,, not only on the floors but smudge marks on the ceilings in 3 rooms (see photos). The tech also replaced the vents in the wrong rooms and upside down. They had to send someone else out to correct. Lastly, one of the men used my bathroom, left the seat up and missed his mark leaving urine behind. Very disgusting.

We have searched our records and do not have any information on a Cricket Green or that we did this job. Our technicians take before and after pictures of each job to ensure the duct system is in fact clean when we finish. This is not how our guys were trained to leave a job site and in the rare occurrence things are not to our customers satisfaction we strive to make them right. Hired to clear clog in dryer vent. Tech showed some lint, but when dryer was used we found out it is still clogged.

We contacted the team at Ductz Atlanta in order to get our ducts cleaned and indoor air quality improved. They responded with a clear and understandable quote. They arrived promptly as scheduled and their technicians were professional throughout the process. Unlike some of the other providers, they thoroughly clean the ducts, vents and the heating and air system too. We recommend them without reservation.
