  We had, what we thought, was an issues with our unit. Nasser Srouji was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took time to explain everything and how things worked on the unit. I asked a few other questions about inside the house and he checked on those issues as well. We are thankful that nothing was really wrong with the unit. He came out the same day I called (within an hour). I will be recommending American Freedom to everyone.

  Heater went out for downstairs near Christmas. Called and got a "within 24 hour" appt. Fixed with discounted parts and service of about $70 since we are on their Silver Preventive Maintenance customer plan:) Fixed the problem during the scheduled appointment time and there be heat restored downstairs! Good job by customer service and Buddy to fix the problem in a very timely manner! All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

  Years ago, my air conditioning went out in the middle of a very, very hot summer. I asked my neighbors who they would recommend  to fix it.  They said they had had great service from American Freedom Heating and Air and spoke highly of the owner, Nasser.  I called their office and soon Nasser was at the house, identified the problem and fixed it.  A true professional.  Based on that experience, I started a maintenance program with his company.  His technicians have been servicing my system twice, annually. They are very thorough and make sure to let me know the maintenance  they  perform and as well, ask if I have any questions.  The few times I have had a problem with the hearting/air conditioning, I called and it wasn't too long before the problem was fixed and my system was functioning again.  Recently, I decided that since my system was 23 years old, it would be prudent to get it replaced.  I didn't want to be in the middle of a cold winter with no heat.  Also, given the supply chain and manufacturing slow downs, I could imagine that getting a new system (or parts) in the middle of winter might be more challenging as well.  Given my years of experience with American Freedom Heating and Air, I contacted Nasser about getting my system replaced.  He came to the house to look at the old system and recommended several options.  My new system was installed the next week.  It runs so much better....and quieter.    Nasser goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are 100% satisfied.    It's reassuring to have as a resource, a local company  that sincerely values customer satisfaction, honesty and retention.
