  I was in need of a electrician, googled and called several places, some of them even told me that the job I needed was to small!!! So I've contacted Dr. Watts and within an hour I had a professional at my house! Sean, the electrician was the bomb without a doubt! His knowledge was on the spot. Very polite and pleasant! All the questions I had in addition to the job he was performing at the time were answered to my satisfaction! I highly recommend this company for any job that needs to be done, even if it is small! Ms Melany, the lady that answered the phone was very, very nice as well! This company chose their employees, and craftsman very wisely. I got already an estimate for the next job that needs to be done. Thank you so much Dr. Watts for believing in a company/customer relationship. Ms Silvia Z.

  ****$1,000 for a $20 part and 3hr of labor**** Initially left this company a good review. Bc they had a great technician as well as customer service and fast response time. However, they charged me $1,000 to switch out a hot tub breaker switch... I felt like I overpaid but had no clue by how much. The switch they installed cost $20. And all the tech did was replace the old switch. Maybe 3hr max on site time? That's $326/hr. Goodness gracious I feel so dumb. Just call around for quotes if your thinking about using Dr Watts. I swear they must have the same business model as Radiant plumbing. Con artists.

  Israel came out to my house on time, even a little early, and had to do a diagnostic on my Ac/heating system. It was the worst possible outcome for me, as I needed a new system. Israel worked for two hours to try to get the best deal for my needs. They will begin installation within the next two weeks. And if before than the heat becomes too unbearable, they will send out a portable unit for me to borrow until the work is done. I am a member of the Dr Watts club and don’t regret it for a minute. I was so happy with the work and treatment of myself as a customer , I almost forgot my car had been totaled the day before. I love this company!!!
