  Chris and his company really care about there customers. I called out Chris Dr cool for what I thought was a issue. He checked it out and informed me that everything was fine that it was simply in defrost mode nothing wrong at all. And told me he would still go threes the unit to make sure everything else checked out. At no extra cost then the call out price. Thank you Chris and dr cool staff

  Very knowledgeable staff. Super friendly and very affordable. They have come out and checked out our unit without hesitation every time. Even though we need a new unit, he has kept our old one running without pushing buying a new one. I recommend him to everyone I know! We are blessed to be apart of the Dr. Cool Family!

  They came out last summer and worked on the central air in a house we were renting. They did a great job and were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
