  We were referred to this company by our home warranty service. A/C Advice were amazing! Very responsive.... Our system went out the day before Easter and we thought we would have to wait for contact. Not so! They called and scheduled a meet right away. We needed a new system and they explained everything, every step of the way! Can't say enough about them. Their work was better than code and done in on e day! We are very happy with them!

  We were set up with AC Advice of SC through our home warranty company. When our home warranty denied our claim, AC Advice went above and beyond to work with us, as well as our AC manufacturer and local distributor to get warrantied parts so that we only had to pay for labor. On top of that, their prices were very fair. As we all know, AC repairs are very costly but Corey was as fair as he could be possibly be. Corey kept us updated throughout the process and got us scheduled immediately after receiving all of the warrantied parts. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Corey/AC Advice and I will definitely use him again should a need ever arise. Thank you Corey for all of your hard work and your fair prices. We are FINALLY cooled off.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would . My home warranty sent them out . I was suppose to Pay just one service fee and according the home warranty company that was correct . Corey indicated no that wasn’t right but because I had two Units it would be more . To make a long story short when he left I called the home warranty company and he over charged me . Furthermore, they sent me a invoice a month later saying I owed them More money . I would not Recommend them as they are shady . They did not Provide me with a receipt at the time of the diagnosis. When they did send a receipt a month later it was something they conjured up .Due to my bank getting in touch with them regarding the charge and the home warranty people as well . Stay away and go with someone else .

  This statement is completely false there is a co-pay your system for her warranty company got a phone authorization department clearly told her and me on speakerphone she had to pay a service fee for each system or the fact that she only has a policy a short period of time did They denied her claim she clearly had bought the policy just trying to get both units repaired at that time she wanted me out of her house upset contact her the following day and try to help her best we can in lower pricing but I shouldn’t be upset with assurance company she’s retaliating against ours she is open to car office anytime discuss options we do have financing available
