  Down East installed a new unit at my home and I am very pleased with the customer service I have received. Jason and Kenny have been so nice to work with on the repairs of my old unit to the installment of my new unit.   I just want to give "Chad" from Down East Heating and Air Company a shout out for being such a professional and knowledgeable representative. He was also very patient while we bombarded him with questions and made some great recommendations for future maintenance. Great job Chad!!!

  I called on a weekend not knowing if anyone would be available. I received a call from the tech on call who explained pricing and availability with me. He came out and got us back up and running quickly. For the repair, he offered 3 options which was really nice as opposed to my experience in the past with other air conditioning companies. He also explained their maintenance plan which saved us some money on the bill due to the discount I received for having the plan. The tech was very respectful of our home and wore a mask and shoe covers. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I have the service plan and highly recommend Kenneth if you need service.
