Unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely UNSAT! I Placed a claim with my Home Warranty company, both AC units (upstairs & downstairs) were not working in summer 90-degree weather. Manley could not come out until the following Monday (it was Friday). Tech came by and seemed not very interested in the job and very unprofessional, Tech stated needed approval from the Warranty company (I already was informed by company its pre-approved for up to $$$). I waited two days to hear back from Manley, no follow-up. I contacted Warranty company and they reassured me I was covered and approved for the repairs. I contacted Manley again and they were still waiting and told me there is nothing they could do. The weekend passed, still no AC! I contacted the Warranty company yet again to see what we could do, they personally reached out to Manley via email and phone call that day Monday (10 days with no AC), Manley finally called me and scheduled to come the next day. 2 Techs came out and replaced a Fan motor and filled the one unit with Freon. They performed the Leak test and stated I needed an Accumulator now. informing me they would need an approval. I contacted the Warranty company the next day, and it was given to me right away and said Manley would reach out to me that afternoon or the next day. I waited two days and nothing, I called Manley and left a voice mail, to which no reply. The next weekend went by, and upstairs AC still not working (all bedrooms are upstairs for my family of 5). The Warranty company contacted me for a follow up on that Tuesday and asked if Manley reached out to me, I informed them they didn't. I reached out to Manley Weds & Fri that week and no response (now day 21). I finally got a hold of Manley Mon (day 24), I called about a follow up to when they can get to my house, Manley advised waiting on the ordered part and will call me that afternoon to let me know when it will come in and they will be able to come to my house. They NEVER called, I called that afternoon and then Weds while leaving a message, still no reply. I called again Thurs (Day 27), Manley answers and says the part should be in and will call me back to let me know for sure when they can get out to me. I asked about the failed follow up Mon and expressed my frustration on still not having AC upstairs and not having my calls returned. The gentleman on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. He invited me to come to the office if I wanted to argue (I took it as an invitation to get in an altercation) and I remained respectful and did not bite to his attempts to bait me in an argument. He then said he would send it back to the Warranty company and I again tried to get answers about when they will be coming to my house to perform the services we paid for and hired Manley to perform. He was still unprofessional and asked me to come to the office again, at that point I declined and asked one more time about when my services would be rendered, he said he will not be coming and will be turning it over to the Warranty company. I was highly upset and informed him I should report his company to the Better Business Bureau and he replied, "go ahead, it's just a club, I been in business for over 25 years and receive a phone call every 15 mins". At this point I am not wanting Manley to come to my home, nor will I ever recommend them to ANYONE I know. I will be making a claim with the BBB and already have contacted my Warranty company.

I have learned to appreciate valued service professionals as they're so rare. I got lucky with this referral because we are new to the area and ran into a snag during renovations. They went out of their way to squeeze us in an already busy schedule and that means alot when you're uncomfortable. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, first rate- straight shooters - fair . They've earned a loyal customer for life. Thanks MHC.

Our home warranty had originally assigned Island Breeze company and they did not complete the work and wanted us to wait an additional 5 days (after being without AC for 7). Manley came out same day I called. From the phone to the tech , it was professional & great service. I would recommend Manley Heating & Cooling again!!!!!
