  This company is superb. Everyone from the office to the field are very courteous and extremely professional. We pay for the maintenance program and they take no shortcuts and do a thorough job from start to finish. Getting a Generac has been the best investment we ever made. They even are on call 24 hours and will respond in case you have any issue.

  Employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They showed up when promised and did an excellent job installing our new Generac generator. Would definitely use them again.

  The lady that answered the phone and booked me was very sweet and professional! A tech named Ted came out just a couple hours later and was very professional, prompt, and very courteous! We will definitely be using this company for any future problems we may have!
