  Shawn Besson came out to our house for a whole house generator install. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He had several other guys with him to help. I didn’t get those guys names but they all did a very neat job and the install looks great. It was bad weather with very gusty winds but they never slowed down. I am very pleased with how everything went. Doug’s has now done a few jobs for me and I am impressed with this company as a whole. Great company to work with. They took good care of my house.

  This was my second time working with Doug's. Their staff is amazing! They are professional, friendly, and thorough! Unlike one of their competitors, that I had come in for an estimate, Travis made sure he reviewed everything with me before and after the first job was completed. My company even over paid them and they made sure to call me to come and pick up the additional payment that was mailed to them, for the repair service completed and when it was time to choose someone to replace the HVAC system, it was the amazing experience the first time that had me pleased to discover on today that it must be almost everyone at Doug's that posses the traits I described in the beginning. Billy and his crew not only finished 30 minutes earlier than initially stated, he made sure I knew everything that was done, showed me how things worked and even helped me out of my chair because I busted my knee up last night and after sitting for hours, I needed help standing up and Billy was just as great even in that area! They say you get what you pay for, Doug's made sure we got that and more! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

  I called to schedule a plumber because my sink was draining very slowly. Two men from the company came to work on the plumbing. They worked for approximately two hours. They tried to unclog the drain but said their rotor rooter would not bend in the 90 degree joints. One man worked on the bathtub because it was draining slowly; however, this was not as serious as my sink. When all was said and done, I was left with water standing in my sink not draining at all. The serviceman told me he called the office and a master plumber could not come until Monday. I called the office and was literally crying because my sink would not be able to be used for three days because they were closed for Good Friday. I told the lady on the phone that I could not wait three days to use my kitchen sink. I asked that she contact Jeff, the owner, and have him call me. She said she would try, but he wasn’t in the office. He did not call me back. I literally paid $147 for the guys to put a washer in the pipe under the sink, which by the way is still leaking. I called another plumber right after noon to see if they could help me. Lopez Plumbing initially sent two men who immediately began to clean the grease trap. The owner came with another crew and cleaned out all drains. They began working around 4:00 and by 6:00, all my problems were all resolved with the bill being less than $300. I have used Doug’s A/C and generator service for years and they have been excellent when it comes to both of those services. I bought a whole house generator from them as well as a new inside and outside A/C unit. I will continue to use them for these services, but I will never use them for plumbing again.
