  Came out on a Sat when no one else would to fix a furnace for us. Parts were in the truck and installed promptly. Our furnace room is tiny and he had to crawl in to a tight area but got the job done and it is working great! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

  These guys are rock stars. We had an issue with out townhouse and another plumber had come out the previous week and could not find the problem and supposedly spending over 30 minutes looking at everything. When the problem occurred again, we spoke to Doug's guy over the phone and they came right over. The plumber walked in, went straight for the mechanical room, and within 30 seconds knew exactly what needed to be done. He had his guys come that same day and do the repair. We are so happy that we contacted them and recommend them highly. This was all on a Saturday as well!

  Would have given a minus but no option. Daughters furnace went out with temps dipping into low teens. She has a 1 year old at home, she is 9 months pregnant and they wouldn't come. To me that is endangering their health.
