This is the second time!! That they have proved their value. HAD a home warranty company that I paid serious money to... First system problem some years ago, the company sent a company out to fix it and they took forever to get it completed, no HVAC. A family member said you need to call "Dorton, I will call them for you"...Dorton showed up... Problem Solved.. This time, heating system out during one of the coldest winters in history... Called the warranty company...they sent some contractor who said that the board was burnt out and it would take about 1-2 days or 1-2 months to get it... Called Dorton.. Matt came out diagnosed it and said that the board was burnt out... But he would have it the next day... Next day He shows up... 30 minutes...system better than new... They saved me hundreds on my electricity bill.... They will have my business from here on. BTW... warranty company?.. Kicked🦵to curb...

If I could give this Company 10 stars, I would! Everyone is so polite and works quickly to make sure they get your ac installed or repaired quickly! They take the time to explain everything and to answer all of your questions. We wouldn’t call anyone else. Thank You Dorton Brothers!

On the hottest day of the summer, and on a weekend, of course, our downstairs a/c unit stopped working. Our neighbor recommended we call Dorton Bros., because they were extremely satisfied with the installation of a unit in the past month (not to mention a very fair price!). So I called and spoke to Scott. With silverware and dishes clammering in the background, I knew I had interrupted his dinner. Not to worry! He was very nice and told me what to do to reset the system. We tried the reset but it didn’t work. Scott didn’t wait for me to call him back, he called me to see if it worked and then said he would come first thing in the morning. He came, fixed it in a few minutes and was on his way after receiving a small service charge and cost for part. Professional! Fair! Friendly! And most importantly, we sensed integrity! A rarity these days!
