These people are awesome! We've received HVAC services from D&J for 30 years and everyone - I mean everyone - at this company has provided us with excellent service. This past summer Steve helped us pick out the right heating and AC systems (it was time to replace them both). He was very professional and took the time we needed to answer all our questions. Max and Dave and  Kevin installed our systems, treating our house as though it were theirs - careful as they brought in the equipment and cleaning up afterward like company was coming! They spent time explaining the new thermostat so we can run our system like pro's. D&J also provides annual maintenance services for us and every one of those technicians performed to the D&J standard of excellence. We highly recommend Donovan & Jorgenson Heating & Cooling.

We felt very comfortable with our sales rep Steve who thoroughly explained all of our AC options as we've never had AC before. He went above and beyond checking our older house to make sure everything would go smoothly. When the installers came, they were friendly, explained everything, and were done much more quickly than we assumed. They even went over maintenance with us since they knew we were new to AC. Brandon was the install team leader and he was excellent! Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend Donovan & Jorgenson.

I wanted to let you know I had my AC and furnace installed on Tuesday, June 29th as planned.  The techs, Brandon and Brenden, were here from 8:00 am til about 4:00 pm. I have to say, that was the best installation experience for any appliances and techs I have had in my home.

Brandon and Brenden went “above and beyond” expectations for the best work, being very knowledgeable, as well as the tidiest and most organized, thereby making it the most stress free day! They truly deserve special praise from your company for excellent and professional work. Everything was done to perfection and I couldn’t be more pleased. Donovan  and Jorgenson should be proud to send these two men out to represent your company!

I also want to recognize Steve Jury for his excellent service.  When I purchased my new HVAC systems he explained  everything in detail, made the best recommendations and had excellent follow up. We had a huge leak in our basement from our A/c. Kettle moraine told us it would be 126 just to come out to look at it. Someone else told us it needed a coil and it would be close to a grand to replace and almost 100 to transfer the warranty. Chad rolled up and told us within 5 minutes it was just a clogged hose. We were about to get screwed out of over 1000 and CHAD SAVED US. Would have given him a beer if he wasn’t driving. He sure knew what he was doing. We will stay with the company from now on. Give this man a raise.

This company kept us on their work order board and checked in periodically to find the best fit for our schedule; very nice customer service team. Once we found a time, 5pm on a Saturday which was a pleasant surprise, Greg showed up and was very professional, wore a mask the entire time and shoe covers. We felt he knew his stuff and how to explain our situation without "selling" us. Did a thorough job and was courteous to our son who was often in the way... We will be speaking to a sales rep about some products because we felt so good about Greg's explanation of our system and it's needs and their fair pricing for services. Highly recommend!

I had several well known companies to my home over the years for tune ups, and repairs.  A neighbor referred me to Donovan Jorgenson.  I was amazed at their tune ups, most companies show up and are gone in 20 minutes. The tune up guy spent almost an hour cleaning and testing everything.  My equipment was old and recently the little issues I was having were signs I should start to look at getting a new system.  I told the tune up tech to have a sales person call me.  The sales guy called the same day.  I had him over a few says later.  He explained the various types of equipment and how it would affect my energy bills, help with moving more air in my home, and add to my homes comfort.  He suggested I look at investing in the best system for my budget, and wasn't pushing me into something I didn't need or couldn't afford.  I actually was surprised that one of the better Airease Systems was in the price range I figured it would cost me. The installers did a great job, and made sure the area was clean after wards.  It's been in for a few months and my home has never been so comfortable.  The system is quiet and the temperatures are the same in every room.  I would definitely recommend Donovan Jorgenson.

I chose Donovan and Jorgenson, at the advice of my neighbor, to replace my oil burning furnace with a natural gas unit. I worked with Rick to plan the project and he was helpful in the process of getting WE Energies to run a gas line out to my house. He also provided me several options in furnaces to best fit my home and budget.

The install team arrived on time and walked me through what they would be doing. They were careful to lay down plastic to protect my carpet and took the necessary precautions required by COVID. Throughout the project they checked in to ensure I was satisfied with the locations of piping and exhaust. As the project wrapped up, they educated me on the new furnace and included thermostat.

I really couldn't be happier with the service provided. Communication throughout the project was fantastic. I would recommended Donovan and Jorgenson to anyone!
