  Mr. Donaldson was on his way to Traverse City and talked me through fixing our furnace. 2 blinks, blow into these tunes. reset and try. Ran like new. AWESOME INTEGRITY, WILL FOREVER USE DONALDSON'S

  Not satisfied with customer service from this company. They were contracted out by American Home Shield to take a look at my furnace. I got ahold of the individual one time. It’s been 4 days, I’ve called and left voicemails and have heard nothing back. I called American Home Shield after 4 days of not hearing from him and they called and were able to reach him right away. They said that after talking to him he said he didn’t want to complete my service request.
