  Top notch. I had 3 other service techs to my house. Everyone of them were dumb founded. Bill came and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was honost professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to everyone. And if I need anything electrical done again in the future I will be calling him. Thank you Bill very much.

  Direct Connection helped me out with my electrical problems on 11/4. I was having lighting issues and my equipment wasn't running properly. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my problems same day! They also resolved some major wiring issues that my building had. I regretfully didn't call them first thing and was "ghosted" by two other companies in my area before. It was super frustrating. I was a little downtrodden by being treated so poorly, but this company made it so much better! I highly, highly recommend calling this company FIRST. They are knowledgeable, kind, fast, and friendly.

  Bill's a standup guy. He's prompt, personable, very knowledgeable and above all honest. I first contacted Bill to get a quote for a circuit breaker. I needed an estimate to negotiate the price of a home I was purchasing. He was more than willing to do so over the phone. That information helped me seal the deal. After moving in I had him come out to restore power to my shed, install an outdoor outlet and discuss getting a generator. Needless to say I'm going to have the generator installed. He even helped me coordinate with a local propane company. I highly recommend hiring Bill for all of your electrical needs.
