  Texted that he would be an hour late, I said that’s fine. Called, said he couldn’t find the address, I gave him verbal directions and waited outside, he didn’t follow the verbal instructions, and called to say he was somewhere else. I told him to use a church address close to the house for his gps and waited at the church for him. I called and got no answer, left messages, no response. It appears he bailed and didn’t even tell me. So now I’ve lost more than a half day of work to this unprofessional heating contractor. If he said that he was pressed for time and couldn’t do it I would not have given this rating.
