  Thank you to Direct Comfort heating and cooling for the new system installation today. My system was very old and had no heat. They responded to my issue quickly and they made the financing experience effortless. The technicians that came out where on time and worked diligently until the job was complete. They cleaned up after the job was finished and made sure I was happy with the system before leaving.

  These people are not professional. They caused over $20k to my house. Their foreman admitted to us that they made a mistake, but the owners called us and said if wasn't their fault. Then they continue to send me a $00 bill for repairing the pipe they left open to begin with. RUN!!!

  Been calling the number trying to get a service tech and the number is no longer in service. Do recommend. Shady business.
