  About two years ago bought an hvac system , the order got mixed up and so since it was all purchased on ebay return shipping should of been free. However I was able to contact the person on the phone and thought we had things straitend out. Well they sent me a different unit and it was a cheaper unit and so I should of got money back but they said that it had to go for return shipping. I told them but you said return is free on Ebay. I was able to talk to the onwner and he got really rude with me and unprofessional. Would not consider this company to anybody. Im sure theres probly more cheaper and reliable better company out there. Keep in mind when owning a company your customer typically come first..

  Budget provides excellent pricing and customer service. They ship products fast and efficiently using common carriers who will either deliver directly or allow for customer pickup. I would recommend this company for anyone in the market for the products and services they offer.
