If you are tired of messing with swamp coolers or window air conditioners, and are ready to enjoy refrigerated air in your entire house from a central air system installed quickly, professionally and at an affordable price, then call Diaz Services. My 92-year-old house posed some challenges: it required an electrical upgrade of the main circuit breaker, installation of equipment in a small space and new ductwork in the basement. Diaz Services took on the challenge. Work was done in a couple of days. It is so cool to feel refrigerated air in every room of the house!  I should have done this a long time ago.  Diaz Services delivered!

We have Diaz Service installed a ruud package unit, reroof part of the house, elastomeric and maintain the roof and electrical panel upgrade. They finish the job professionally and pass inspection around one week.

We were out of town for a conference for three days during the installation. My dog run out of the kennel and pooed all over the house. Mr. Diaz cleans some of the mass, so I did not have to do too much after the exhausted trip. We had other construction job going during the time. When the time they trash their waste, they help clean out other people’s trash as well. I am really appreciated all the extra work they have done.

To sum up, we start with a detailed estimation quote and they finished the work professionally without any surprise.

I want to thank Manny Diaz and his entire crew for the quality work they did on my parents home. My dad has been complaining for years about the swamp cooler on his roof and how it just can’t keep up with the El Paso HEAT. Diaz Services came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Called for an AC service and scheduled for today between the hours of 8-12. My husband was at work and they were calling him. So he gave me the number to call and I called three times and text the number. No one answered. So I called the office and the “manager” was extremely rude. She said they came to the door and knocked and no one was home. (My car was sitting in the driveway and my dogs would have went nuts if someone knocked) I told her she was lying and I had been home all day waiting for them. She said she had tracking on the van and it was at my house and I needed to check for a yellow ticket that they would have put in my door if we didn’t answer. That was not in my door. She kept telling me they were there but refused to give me any information with their tracking system. She then hung up on me when I told her I was going to write a bad review. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her. Then asked if I wanted service still. I said no and she hung up on me again. I called the number that was trying to call my husband at work and he finally picked up. He said he may have went to the wrong address but they were trying to figure that out. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Although it is a possibility our technician went to the wrong house, phone calls were made to the phone number provided by you as the best number to contact. Had these phone calls been answered when initially placed, this could have been an error that would be quickly remedied. Once the possible error was discovered, we did offer you immediate services as our technician was down the street from your home at the time, you declined and continued to yell at not only our technician but office staff. We are not obligated to listen to yelling customers, especially when a remedy to the situation has already been offered. This is a type of abuse our employees are not required to take, thus resulting in the first and only hang up from our end. It is unfortunate you are not able to see the type of service we are able to provide, that in which thousands of El Pasoans are happy and content with. We do hope you get your AC issues resolved! And please let us know if you’d still like service today as we would make it priority.
