  Andrew and Mike called to let us know they were on their way, and arrived on time. Worked tirelessly all day to remove our old system, and install our new AC and thermostat. They were both so professional! I had prepared beverages in a cooler for them, but they had their own beverages, and lunches. They cleaned up everything beautifully, to include hauling our old system away. They also showed us how to use the new system and explained what to expect with the warranty. We could not be happier.

  Nate and Zach installed our new system yesterday, they were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I will highly recommend DeSantis because of their outstanding work. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give them an 11!

  Cruz was so professional. He gave us some great info on keeping our unit operating efficiently. Explained all he was doing. Best AC service in a very long time. Would recommend him and DeSantis Heating and Cooling to anyone.
