  We used Dermer for our commercial kitchen walk-in cooler. The unit is less than a year old and we've had nothing but issues with it. The entire system crapped out on a weekend and when we called to have someone come look at it they were extremely rude. We explained that we had tens of thousands of dollars of inventory in the cooler that we were going to lose it all if they didn't come out. The technician was initially very rude to us on the phone and again when arriving on site. He later apologized, for being rude which I do sincerely appreciate. The issue was temporarily fixed. We are now having issues with the unit freezing solid periodically which causes it to not cool properly but when we call to have someone come out and look at it, they always say it's fine (it's clearly is not fine), act like we are the problem and send us a bill. I've recently reached out via email and called with no response. I feel like at this point, they are running up the bill. We will be using someone else in the future.

  Poor customer service. They wouldn't call us back after we left several messages, and when we finally did speak to someone, they made all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't help us. Very disappointed.
