Bridger was great to work with. They made an emergency visit on the weekend to examine our 20 year old furnace, made a recommendation for a new furnace and gave us a price quote which was competitive (we checked with another company and got almost the same quote). They were super accommodating in scheduling the replacement, did it quickly/easily while we were at work one day, then came back and walked us through our new thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone. Brian, in particular, was competent, timely, professional, and friendly: a pleasure to work with

When we first started dealing with Bridger, the technician was awesome we have a walk in cooler then in April the cooler quit, Brian himself came out and and put a bandage on it until he ordered the part. Months went by then a new technician came out was rude and stated we needed a compressor but put the new contactor in. It ran 2 hours and died so we called again and the same guy came out stating it was now the compressor and we needed a new one long story short a new company came out and said that the contactor was wired wrong and had burnt out if the guy had wired it correctly we wouldn't be out $700.00 and it wouldn't of ever stoppefđ

BE VERY CAREFUL TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND MISLEADING PRESENTATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY! We called Bridger Heating and Cooling because our furnace was not functioning properly. The technician showed up an hour late to the appointment and told us it was the filter and bad batteries in our thermostat that were giving us problems. He then up sold us a furnace tune-up and cleaning. At the end of the service he tested for Carbon Monoxide (I would think this would be done during the diagnostic, before the furnace was cleaned) and it registered 2PPM. Our furnace was âRED FLAGGEDâ unsafe to use and we were told by the technician we needed to purchase a whole new furnace, and if we went through Bridger Heating they would not hold us to the $259 they had just charged us to conclude our furnace was broken. I had suspicions the technician was misrepresenting the problem and called another company for a second opinion. When the second technician came out, he detected NO carbon monoxide in the home, and upon further inspection found Bridger Heating did not perform all of the cleaning they claimed on their report. I am dissatisfied in every area of service from this company. I would also encourage using caution with this company; it almost cost us a lot of money to replace a working furnace.
