  Called them at noon and was told that they would come out Wednesday. About 2 hrs later, the lady called and was very nice and told me they had cancellation and would like to send someone out. I appreciated that. The man that came ( I think Dylan) was very courteous and professional.The price was reasonable. I know that we will use Deon Arnold's again for any future repairs.

  One of the worst companies to work with. Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for them to come check our ac unit Thursday at 9am. They never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t coming. Said they had the wrong phone number for me but they had literally called me two days prior to set the “appointment”. We tried to schedule another appointment for Friday and were told they would come between 3-4. When my husband called to make sure they were coming, they said they were not. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients time. Don’t waste your time with them.

  In response to your review, I would like to address a couple of issues. I do apologize for the lack of updates due to the office being busy with calls during the extreme temps last week. We do strive for good customer service, but sometimes we miss the mark. I think there was miscommunications on both ends that made the situation to check your a/c system not go as smoothly as we both had liked. The office did keep the property management company aware of trying to get to your home. When the temperatures reach 100+ degrees, we have to prioritize persons with no a/c, versus a home that is at 79 degrees. I am sorry that you not agree with our policy, but it was not without trying to get you worked in as soon as we could. Thank you for making us aware we need to reevaluate our procedures.   Absolutely exceptional service from an honest and hard-working group of good people! I own a condo in Fayetteville that is occupied by a tenant. It has a split heat pump system that reached the end of its life span and had to be replaced right away. First, I contacted Day & Night Heating and Air and they wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars just to do the diagnostics--without any repairs! Additionally, the "worst case scenario" estimate to replace the entire unit was going to be roughly 5 times that much! So at the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Deon Arnold Heating & Air Conditioning. A very courteous Mr. Arnold then visited my condo and performed a thorough assessment of the internal and external units--and then provided me with a reasonable estimate to replace the system. All told, it cost me about a THIRD of what said competitor wanted to charge me. Moreover, the folks at Deon Arnold conducted themselves with the utmost of integrity and class--qualities that don't have a price tag--and I appreciated that very much. I therefore offer the Deon Arnold team my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION, without reservation. And special thanks to Ms. Cynthia Arnold for her "above and beyond" approach! Sincerely, Dan Hankes
