  I called Denning Inc on a Saturday at 6pm a few wknds ago in panic mode since our furnace wasn't working. My normal HVAC service guy I use said he was too busy and couldn't make it. The owner Jeff at Denning was very nice and was able to send a service tech within the hour. It ended up being an easy fix the tech was only here for about 15 minutes. He took care of the call for FREE since his tech was on way home passing my house. Any other company would of charged me hundreds of dollars for a Saturday night call. I did tip the service tech as I was so grateful for getting my heat fixed. I think I found a new HVAC company I can trust. I highly recommend Denning to anyone!

  Dennings installed a York AC unit at my house 4 years ago. The unit had a bad condensor coil which is under factory warrently for 5 years and York has agreed to honor. I called Denning's to have it fixed and they explained they only warrenty their labor for 1 year. Doing research I called three other AC repair vendors in the area and asked about their warrenties when installing a new unit. 2 had 5 year labor warrenties and one had a 10 year labor warrently. DO your research before using Dennings.
