  Absolute professional that we have recommended to many friends and co-workers. Honest, friendly, and can be counted on to provide a great service at a reasonable cost. We have used his services for our own home as well as our rental property.   I had another HVAC contractor, Prestige Plumbing & Heating, install a new thermostat. They failed to hook it up properly and had my furnace and air conditioner running 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Both units at the same time. They refused to come out and resolve the issue. I spoke to Mark and even though he was not familiar with the thermostat involved, he researched it and fixed the problem within 5 minutes of showing up at my house. While he could have gouged me he charged a fair price I was happy to pay. He is my HVAC guy going forward.

  Mark was very responsive, very nice guy, totally knew his stuff, fixed my furnace quickly and for a reasonable price. He even showed me how to fix the same problem myself if it ever happens again. Of course next time it will be something different that falls apart, but at least I know for a fact who I'll call.
