  I recently worked with Decker to install a forced air furnace at my home in the Evergreen area. The house had electric baseboard heat which was really expensive, so I contacted Decker about installing a natural gas furnace. Byron was able to come to my house and design a system to take the majority of the house off of the electric baseboard heaters. His team completed the install in about a week, and they were able to limit drywall removal. The installers cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly the system works well and keeps the house comfortable. I recommend working with Decker for your heating needs.

  Byron Decker came to my house and gave a bid within 2 days of me calling them. The furnace and ductwork installation started when he said it would and took a little less than a week. I am very leased with my new Lenox furnace and I notice the house heats very evenly, which is nice. Byron made sure that several rooms had 2 vents instead of just one a piece, and accommodated my last minute adjustments to vent placement without any extra fees. Do be aware: They are not licensed to do the final electrical wiring on a new furnace install, so you will have to call an electrician to do that in addition to the furnace guys. But other than that, they did everything necessary to go from no central heat at all to a full forced air furnace. Very pleased, I would recommend.

  Honest, compassionate man. I've had friends who called him late at night with a gas hotwater heater that had a leaking flu. He fixed it so it was safe to use at that moment and returned the next day and rebuilt it.
